About Me
Hi, I’m Kelsey
Hi, I’m Kelsey
and if you’ve ever wondered, “Who is my therapist, really?” That’s a great question!
I truly love being a therapist, and I bring that into every session. For me, this work isn’t just a profession — it’s a calling. I find deep meaning in sitting with people as they navigate both the struggles and the hopes in their lives. That sense of care and purpose shapes how I show up: with presence, compassion, curiosity, and a genuine desire to support each person who shares their story with me. Before becoming a therapist, I built a background in education, athletics, and business, and each of those experiences shaped the way I work with clients. They taught me about growth, resilience, and just how messy life can get when you’re trying to juggle many things at once. (If you’ve ever felt like your brain is a browser with 37 tabs open -and one of them is playing music but you can’t figure out which one.. I get it.)
Confronting some of our most difficult challenges in our mind can be scary, people are usually experiencing doubt- can this ever really change? There are feelings of pain evoked when we turn towards the past memories and some of our concerns of the future. I want to do what I can to help start our journey from a place of calm and care- your well-being is of the utmost importance to me.
Alongside my clinical training, I am a Certified Anxiety Specialist, which allows me to bring additional tools and insight into helping clients navigate anxiety, stress, and the challenges that come with them.
My approach in therapy is warm, collaborative, and compassionate. I believe therapy is a space where you can slow down, feel truly heard, and discover new ways forward. My role is to walk alongside you — offering perspective, encouragement, and sometimes a gentle laugh to remind us that even in the hardest moments, hope and lightness are still possible.
I spend time outside of sessions continuing to learn and explore psychology, holistic health, and lifestyle medicine so I can bring fresh ideas and thoughtful support into our work together.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me walking, swimming, enjoying art, or spending time with people I care about. These things keep me grounded and remind me that connection, joy, and balance aren’t luxuries – they’re essentials. I try to bring that same spirit into the therapy room.
If you’re a professional, a parent, or a couple navigating the stress and changes of life, I’d be honored to support you. Together, we’ll create space for more balance, more connection, and a gentler way forward.
