When Stress Starts to Show Up
Stress doesn’t always look like “stress.” Sometimes it shows up as social anxiety when you walk into a room, or a sudden panic symptom that leaves you breathless. Sometimes it hides in sleep disturbances, where your mind won’t shut off at night or jolts you awake at 3 a.m. These experiences often grow out of unrecognized or long-standing stress- and they’re more common than most people realize. Therapy helps bring those patterns into the light so you can begin to untangle them.
